    Notes:
    BIRTH:
His funeral 'holy card' lists birth of May 18, 1887 which matches data found on the Mike Burger website that allows for searches of birth, marriage, and death records for the area around Mielec (www.mikeburger.com). This confirms that the mother's name was WALEK and not RUSIN as was thought. (However, note that he had a boarder living with him in 1910 by the name of John Rusin. A cousin or possibly his wife's brother?)
