    Ichabod Eccleston to JEREMIAH MAIN dated June 26, 1758, Vol. 7, page188 -- 55 1/4 acres for 96 pounds -- beginning at a small gray oaktree standing on the westwardly side of Elihu Chesebrough's land, thencerunning south about 122 rods to a small chestnut tree with stones aboutit, thence running West 18 North 34 rods to a mearstone, thence runningWest 37 North 24 rods to a mearstone standing in a brook, thence runningnortheastwardly down streem.
