Daughter Diadama Hewitt was to have Negro woman Doll, a new saddle, 2 feather beds and other suitable furniture plus 20 pounds at age 18 years or upon her marriage. An inventory taken 19 FEB 1784, gave a value of 1350 pounds on 465 acres of land and 236 pounds on the remainder of the estate for a total of 1581 pounds (Stonington Probate Records, Book 4, pp. 262-270).
