    Notes:
    Israel Cone (1749-1825) responded to the Lexington Alarm in Capt. JohnWilcy's company, Col. Joseph Spencer's regiment. In 1777 promotedsergeant in Capt. Eliphalet Holmes' company, Col. Jedediah Huntington's1st Connecticut regiment. He was born and died in East Haddam, Conn.(DAR ID #51127 & 53089 & 61737)

    Isreal Cone (1749-1825) served as private, sergeant and paymaster in theConnecticut troops under Col. Jedediah Huntington.
