    He may be the son of John Rozhon and Josefa Vrba. The age is right and the 1930 census shows that he was born in Illinois. (Update 15 May 2003: Yes, he is their son as confirmed by his wife's name and address and parents listed as John and Josephine Verba on his death certificate (on hand)).
