Louisa Stull had 14 acres improved land and 26 acres woodland worth S800. Improvements and machinery valued at $75. Stock consisting of 1horse, 1 cow, 4 pigs, value S450. 1 but beans, 10 but potatoes, 300 lbs. butter, 100 but wheat, 50 but corn, and 80 but barley all valued at $215.

From - The Osakis Review, Thursday, April 20, 1916 Louisa E. Smith Louisa E. Smith, wife of Gilbert B. Smith of this village, passed away
April 10 at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Jane Ackerman, at 151 West Third Street, St. Paul. The remains were brought to Osakis Wednesday night and the funeral was held from the home of her son, Ed. D. Smith, Friday morning at 10 o'clock, the Rev. Edward Kaneen, pastor of the Methodist Episcopal church, officiating. Burial was made at Lakeside. Louisa E. Chapman was born in the state of New York June 6, 1828. She was married to Peter Stull who died in 1868. Nine children were born to this union, six of whom survive: Mrs. Harriett Crandall, Mazeppa, Minn.; Mrs. Marietta Perkins, Red Wing; Joe Stull whose home is in Montana; Jim Stull, Mazeppa; Mrs. Jane Ackerman, St. Paul; Mrs. Lida Campbell, Pine Island, Minn. In 1872 Mrs. Stull was married at Maiden Rock, Wi.., to Mr. Gilbert B. Smith, who survives her. One son was born to them, E.D. Smith, of this city.

Mr. and Mrs. Smith came to Osakis in 1878 and have since made their home here, except during short intervals when the old people have lived with relatives in the southern part of the state. Deceased was in her 88th year and she and her husband were among the oldest residents in the county. The Review joins in sending sympathy to the sorrowing relatives.

ernourand Judges of the Court of Probate for the County of Hartford

sed sister aforesd. shall be divided equally according to the qualit
