Cleveland d. 12-23-1879 age 3 yrs., 2 mos. Parents Jno & Mary Dvorak of Ward 16. He died from Scarlet Fever. his brother.... Joseph died May (day not specified) 1879 from Measles, age 8 mos. IMMIGRATION: 1920 Census shows he arrived 1872. DEATH: Died after 1920 because he appears in the 1920 census living with his son-in-law, Albert Rozhon.
