      returned true bills against a Jacob Matthews for larceny, assault & battery.

      Jacob Matthews
      88 1887 Captain Adam Poe stated that Lillie died 2 years earlier (1885) at age 97. Lillie left descendants through her grandchildren and is buried at Congress, Wayne Co., OH.
      Jacob Matthews of Wooster was a partner of Robert McClaren. He was also the first Justice of the Peace in Wayne Co., OH.
