  "Fanny" may have been from another branch of the family and raised with this nuclear family. Not all sources list her as a child of George Jacob Pfau and Catherine. Birth year also listed as 1730.[George Jacob Poe.FTW] SURCES: POE1-1-1,42-4,42-8,50-5,76-3,102 Sophronia (Poe) Shanor was said to be a sister of Andrew and Adam Poe but I have found no proof for the allegation. In his MONOCACY & CATOCTIN, Professor Schildknecht avers that she was their sister.
