Because of the approximate age, it would seem that she is a contemporary of James, Moses, and Ebenezer Fish (all settlers in Brooklyn, Cuyahoga County). Note that the marriage index spelled her husband's name as BARKER, whereas the transcription spelled it as BARBER.
