    • The following excerpt from "Genealogical & Family History of Central New York, Vol 1" by William Cutter:
      " Henry Fish, son of Miller was born 10/15/1788 died 12/29/1850 married Rebecca Birch. Graduated Yale 1806, studied medicine Dartmouth Medical school from which he received degrees of M.A. and M.B. in 1810. In 1826 he received the degree M.D. from Yale College. He had what was then called a country practice in New York City with an office on Beelman Street. He removed later in life to Salisbury connecticut, where he resided and practiced his profession to the time of his death."
