Prinz Friedrich Wilhelm on April 12, 1910 (per Naturalization papers filed 09 April 1929) under the name Ludwik Chmura. NATURALIZATION: Naturalized on 20 March 1941. Certificate # 7 156144. On Louis' Naturalization papers, he listed Joseph's birth date as 9/6/24. Lived with his sister, Helen and her husband, Stanislaus Kaput, per 1920 census. RESIDENCES: 1930 - 3705 W.13th St., Cleveland, Ohio 1945 - 3810 W.14th St., Cleveland, Ohio On Louis' Naturalization papers, it states that his sons Joseph and Stanley were both born in Cleveland, Ohio but reside in Poland. It also states that his last place of residence (Louis') was Grezini, Poland. OCCUPATION: Tanner Death certificate lists his niece Stefhana Strauss as informant (lived at same address).
