  OBIT: 1968-09-26 Chicago Tribune (IL) John Geary Edition: Chicago Tribune Mass for John Geary, 61, a police detective assigned to the hit and run unit of the traffic division, will be said at 10:30 a.m. today in St. Priscilla Catholic church, Addison and Sayre avenues. Mrs. Geary died Monday in his home. He began his career in the police department in 1932 and earned seven creditable mentions. Survivors include his widow, Margaret; a son, John; two brothers, James and Thomas; a sister, Mrs. Norine Rozhn; and three grandchildren.
