      GENE D. "EARL" PRUCHNICKI dearest husband of Lillian (nee Grasela); loving father of Robert J. (Patti), Timothy M. (Christina) and Monica A., devoted grandpa of Randolph (Elizabeth), Ryan (Lisa), Tricia Astey (Scott), Tracy Ianni (Patrick), Kelly, Rob, Laura and Ronald; devoted great grandpa to Owen, Lilly and Grace; best Buddy to his pet, Casey; son of the late Joseph and Julia (nee Bazejewski); brother of Jean Szydlowski, Daniel and the following deceased: John, Stephanie, Steve, Chester, Stanley and Mildred; dearest brother-in-law, uncle and great uncle. The family would like to express their heartfelt thank you to the Independence Fire Dept. for their compassion and care in the numerous trips they made taking Dad to the hospital. Gene was an Air Force Sergeant and served as an airplane power plant mechanic for the 478th AR Service Squadron. He was also a Sales Representative for J. Clytel Mfg. Company. Member of St. Monica Holy Name Society, Knights of Columbus and a Parishioner of St. Basil Church for 25 years. Services will be Wednesday 9 a.m. at THE FORTUNA FUNERAL HOME, 7076 BRECKSVILLE RD. (HALF MILE N. OF PLEASANT VALLEY), and 10 a.m. at St. Monica Church. Interment Holy Cross Cemetery. VISITATION TUESDAY FROM 3-5 AND 7-9 P.M.
