    • BIRTH: Note that three different dates are recorded for John. His naturalization papers list 24 Dec 1880 but the 1900 census lists July 1877. Based on the order of children listed in the census and their ages, I believe that the census might be the more accurate. Also, his sister is listed as being born in 1880. Lastly, his WWI draft registration shows 24 Dec 1879.

Arrived in New York, N.Y. on June 15, 1887 from Mokrice, Austria as a minor under the age of 18 years. Occupation Metal - Gilter. Witnesses: James Kolovsky, 1268 Spaulding Avenue and Vincent Rozhon, 1300 Spaulding Avenue. Admitted to Citizenship on October 13, 1904 in the Circuit Court of Cook County, Illinois.
      Frank and John were naturalized together.
