  This family is included in the database because Anthony Czacherski lived with them in 1930 and was listed as a "step-father-in-law". At this time, I am unsure of how this relationship fits into the family but wanted to make note of the information in case it becomes important sometime in the future when other facts surface. Your grandfather, James, is an older brother of my father, Anthony. Your grandfather, Walter Jozefkowicz, spelled his name as Wladislaw, before coming to the U.S. His birthday was 8-11-1879. He married Bertha Witwer, dob 6-3-1882, on 1-18-1901, in St. Casimer's church in Cleveland, OH. They lived, briefly, in Muncie IN, when your grandfather was a little boy. Bertha's birth name was Bernice, but someone at immigration decided she should be Bertha and changed that record. She told me this when I was 10 years old, so I don't doubt it at all. Your grandfather's middle name was Maximillian, do you have that listed? Your Aunt Carol told me that when your cousin, Jimmy, was born. I would like to know what year your Grandmother, Stella was born - I know her birthday was 2-14, because I sent her birthday cards. (That is also your cousin Dawn's birthday.
