Albro and F.Mason Partelo and West by the Highway, containing about 6.5 acres more orless, also, tract of alnd situated in the northwest part of said town ofNorth Stonington containing about 55 acres, more or less, bounded northby lands formerly of Samuel Browning, east by lands of Agnes Ross andAndrews Hawson, South by lands of the estate of Julis Charmatz, deceasedand on the west by daid Charmatz lands, had been distributed, as the onlyheir-at-law to Irving C.
