Joseph-4, Joseph-3), was born atWesterly, RI, 22 Aug 1728. She married at Westerly, 7 Sept 1746, BenajahGavitt, born there, 11 Nov 1726, died prior to 1781, son of Ezckiel andHannah (Wilcox) Gavitt. Lois was living as late as 1760, when she wasmentioned in her father's will. No list of her children has been found ofrecord, and we have been able to obtain the names of only two, with noevidence as to whether she had more or not. It is believed that Lois had a daughter who married a Loper.
