  OCCUPATION: Court reporter. Handled some depositions for Sam Shepherd. Spoke with her 19 Apr 2002. Asked her about Priskienis surname being used by her father. She confirmed that he did use that name from time to time -- she had seen it on some of his papers, like his naturalization papers. She didn't have any idea why he used it and stated that her uncle Mike Batulewich and others in the family all used Batulewich, though Mike (who lives in Detroit) changed his name to BUTLER. I also inquired about her grandmother's death (Karoline Juczkievitie) because I had been told she had died as the result of a fall. Anna said that her mother, Ona, had told her that her grandmother had died in childbirth with Ona. Anna didn't know anything else about the family in Lithuania.
