EdwardBliven's Westerly Alarm Co., [Westerly Town Rev.] On Sept. 18, 1776, apaper was circulated at Westerly for the signatures of those who intendedto support the Revolutionary cause, and Samuel Pendleton was the first ofthe two hun dred and eighteen partiots to affix his name to this "TestAct."
