Brown to Northwest Corner so-called, southerly bylands of Mary Swan and William Richardson, westerly by lands of WilliamRichardson, Andrew Avery, and George Richmond, it being intended herebyto convey an undivided half of the two farms conveyed to said grantor byJohn D. Lyman.
