    • Samuel and hie brother John came from Boxted, Suffolk Co. Eng. toAmerica. They sailed from London on the ship Handmaid on Aug. 10, 1630and landed in Plymouth on Oct 29, 1630. They carried dispatches to theGovernment and were both admitted freemen soon after. Samuel bought ahouse and land on May 9, 1631 in Plymouth, where he was taxed until1688. He spent the latter part of his life with his sons inMiddleborough and Swansea, Mass.
