  [Spicer Family File.FTW] In her will dated April 16, 1763, she states she is sick and leaves small bequests to her sons, Ebenezer and Nathan, to heirs of sons Ezekiel and Jeremiah, deceased, to daughter Desire Homes (Holmes), and the remainder of her estate to daughter Phebe Whiton. She appointed her son-in-law Nathan Whiton executor. The witnesses were Stephen and Thaddeus Bow and Joseph Hubbard. The inventory of her estate was taken Oct. 3, 1772 and the will accepted at Court Oct. 5, 1772. (Probate Records, Middletown, Connecticut, Vol. 3, pg. 76 and 77.)
