He was a silk and bombazine weaver in Norwich and wrote a treatise on silk worm culture that was read by request before the House of Commons.
BURIAL:
Not known when they emigrated from England, but they ended up in Brooklyn. Both are buried in Riverside cemetery, after their remains were transferred from the Monroe Street cemetery.
