    • OBIT: ROSE KATHRYN GREGA, 91, of Buda, TX, passed away peacefully on Easter Sunday, April 16, 2006 at her residence surrounded by her loving family. She was born on April 4, 1915 to Mary Mulh Svette and Frank Svette in North Randall, OH. Rose was a loving mother, grandmother, sister, and friend. She will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved her and fond memories of her love for flowers, especially roses will always be cherished. Rose was affiliated with St. Peter The Apostle Catholic Church in Austin, TX and Santa Cruz Catholic Church in Buda. She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 59 years, Stephen Paul Grega, Sr.; son, Martin Louis Grega; great-grandson, Abram Eyal Grega; four sisters; four brothers; and three sisters-in-law. Rose is survived by her son, Stephen P. Grega, Jr.; granddaughters, Kelly A. Grega Howell (husband, Daniel) and Marlene I. Grega Klein (husband, Roger); sister, Francis Phan; brothers, Louis Svette (wife, Madge) and Joseph Svette (wife, Eleanor); sister-in-law, Ruth Svette; numerous other relatives and a host of friends. The family will RECEIVE FRIENDS FROM 10-11 A.M., THURSDAY, APRIL 20, 2006 AT COOK-WALDEN/FOREST OAKS FUNERAL HOME. Funeral Services will follow at 11 a.m. in the Chapel with Msgr. Fred Bomar from St. Peter The Apostle Catholic Church and Rev. Msgr. Joseph Deane from Santa Cruz Catholic Church officiating. Private interment will follow services at Cook-Walden/Forest Oaks Memorial Park.
