(I don't havethe source of this. IGI) Since B and R are sim ilar, this might be the sameperson. I searched the actual cert ificate, no parents were given on it. Ifthis is the same perso n, then it would also solve the problem of why he couldn't decid e where he was born: Vermon or New Hampshire. Stratford lies o n the border between them. There is also one born about the sam e time in NY from film 2034422, and a possible one from Vermon o n film 0184291 in 1826.
