"From: Source LDS film 1617197 item 7, baptismal records: Rosa VLCEK was born 16 August 1867 and baptized 1 Sep 1867 in St. Wenceslaus church in Chicago by a Catholic priest, Joseph Molitor, who served this first Bohemian parish in Chicago for over 40 years. Her parents were Joseph VLCEk and Rosalia ROZHON; godparents were Mathias (?) SLAMA and Rosa NOVAK; (given names not legible)."
