• Notes	John had a twin brother, Caleb. They resided in Westport some years after marriage, and then removed to New Bedford, where he died. Priscilla was 91 when she died at the home of her daughter Lydia and is buried the John Soule Cemetery. John was Collector of Westport in 1788 and 1799, and Warden in 1791.
