      DEMMON, per all court papers relating to his own (with signature), and
      his father's wills; and Demmon's birth and gravestone records.

      6) Name & residence - Named as co-executor with his brother Martin
      Rowley, of his Father Ithamar Rowley's estate. Demmon handled allof the
      paperwork, with his signature, Demmon Rowley, of Sharon, Schoharie Co.,
      NY appearing for two dates: 3/12/1830 on original petition & all service
      & guardianship papers, and 5/3/1830 on final acknowledgement of service
      of all [located] heirs.

      1) Schoharie County SurrogateCourt; In the Matter of the last Will and
      Testament of Demmon Rowley late ofSeward deceased, Petition to Prove
      Will. Filed Nov. 14, 1860
      To the County Judge of the County of Schoharie: The Petition of
      Alfred W. Rowley of the townof Seward in the county of Schoharie
      respectfully showeth: That lately, andon or about the 24th day of
      September one thousand eight hundred and sixty, Demmon Rowley died at the
      town of Seward in the county of Schoharie, being atthe time of his death
      an inhabitant of said County: That the said deceased left a certain
      instrument in writing, purporting to be his last Will and Testament,
      bearing date the 22nd day of August A.D. 1857, and relates to both real
      and personal estate: Your Petitioner verily believes said instrument to
      bethe last Will and Testament of the said Demmon Rowley deceased, and
      that thesaid petitioner is a son of the said deceased and one of the
      executors namedin the will.
      The said deceased left him surviving the following persons, whose
      names and places of residence are stated, except where the same have not
      been ascertained, upon diligent inquiry, and being unknown are not
      stated, towit:
      Jane Rowley his widow residing in the town of Seward, Schoharie
      County,Nelson G. Rowley his son, Alfred W. Rowley son of deceased in
      Seward, Schoharie County, Melinda Barber wife of John H. Barber, daughter
      of said deceased,at Osborn in the State of Illinois - Hiram S. Rowley of
      the town of Seward Schoharie County, Jane Wolford, wife of Erskine
      Wolford in the town of Wright,Schoharie County, Edwin Rowley of the town
      of Seward Schoharie County, Chauncy Rowley of the town of Seward
      Schoharie County, Demmon L. Rowley of the town of Seward said county, and
      Clarissa M. Rowley who is of the age of twenty years, resident of Seward,
      Shoharie County and has no general Guardian - children of the said
