Southworth, 76, of 30 Lake Street, a lifelong resident of theCooperstown area, died unexpectedly Sunday, May 11, at her home following acoronary attack. Funeral services will be at 2 p.m., Tuesday, May 13, at theIngalls Funeral Home, with the Rev. Albert F. Almstedt, pastor of the UnitedMethodist Church, officiating. Burial will be in Hartwick Cemetery. Mrs. Southworth was born Sept. 8, 1892 in the Town of Hartwick, a daughter of Eugen and Flora (Bishop) Jacobs. She was married to Earl Southworth in the Hartwick Methodist Church on July 1, 1913. Surviving are her husband; a daughter, Mrs. Walter (Ruth) Staffin, and a son, Raymond E. Southworth, both of Cooperstown; a granddaughter; two brothers, George Jacobs, New Lisbon, and Charles Jacobs, .... [the obit ends here].
