  1. She always felt the need to be useful to others. 2. Husband number 2 and3 were abusive alcoholics. 3. After husband number 3 she was with a man, Roy,who was very good to her and after he died she appeared to give up the will togo on. Roy and Florence were together for years but never married. 4. She died while living in at Whispering Pines Nursing Home on Hazel Dell Ave. in Vancouver, WA. 5. Her parents moved the family to Rochester, WA about 1933. 6.She enjoyed knitting, sewing, traveling, going to the senior center and making homemade rootbeer.
