  !Birth record extracted from Branch County records. !Death information taken from letter from Clyde Pippitt dated 24 April 1967. Lee fell out of a tree while a young man and seriously injured one of his arms. George Olmstead came to visit from Cleveland one time and laid a $100 gold piece on Lee's shoulder andtold him if he could bend his arm up and touch it he could have it. Lee triedand tried, but never could reach it. !Marriage date taken from family bible.Newspaper article of wedding in my possession.
