Lottie, Anna, Helen, and Bernadette (George's wife). Lottie might be Charles', Anna might be Joseph's, and Helen might be Frank's if they were listed in exactly the same order as the sons names were in the obit.

Census lists Bohemia. His brother's (Frantizek) place of birth comes from the location given on the ship manifest at the time of his immigration. Putting two and two together, I've made the assumption that Ignac (also known as Hynek) probably also came from Radawa, Tabor, Bohemia. Note too that the census shows he was born in 1868 but the ship manifest for Hynek only shows him to be 20 in 1892, so one or the other is in error, or Hynek and Ignac are NOT one in the same individuals and perhaps Hynek is another brother.
