    Unless there is another Albert Ras born in 1895, there is some discrepancy with the birth date. When Albert filled out his draft registration for WWI, he stated his birth as Jan 28, 1895. We have recorded Feb 22, 1895. I would think the one he filled out when he was younger would be the more accurate.
