    Bill Dart was previously married but his spouse is unknown. He married again after Isabel's death -- his 3rd spouse was Virginia Gregg.

    note: In the 1920 census, there is a William Dart, wife Elma, and son Howard living on Kenneth Ave. William is 27 so born about 1893, wife is same age. Howard is 8 so born 1912. Also, the Social Security Death Index lists an Elma Dart -

    Could William have divorced Elma before marrying Isabel and then remarried Elma after Isabel died? Or is this just a coincidence? This is confusing.
