He was one of thefounders of the Petroleum Accountants Society of Oklahoma. Bert was also employed by the US Engineers (Corps of Engineers) at the OklahomaOrdinance Works, Pyror, Oklahoma during WWII.

4. Bert's will (handwritten by Ed as Bert was legally blind at the time) was written in 1950 and as Lina Jane's beneficiary left Lina Jane's 2/5Brown Sugarcreek Township, Pennsylvania homestead inheritance to Larrywith Ed as administrator.

5. Bert's cemetery burial lot deed, dated January 6, 1948, is forMemorial Park, Tulsa, Oklahoma.
