Gates, Curtis, and Foster

Gates, Curtis and Foster were property developers of the late 1800's. Their development included W14th, W15th, and W16th between Denison Ave. and Botany Ave.
The company initially consisted of:
- Charles Gates (son of Jeremiah Gates and Phoebe Deming)
- Edwin H. Foster (son of the original land owner, Ebenezer Foster and Almira Williams)
Later, _______ Curtis became involved in the property when it became the Petty Baldwin tract.
