Gates, Curtis and Foster were property developers of the late 1800's. Their development included W14th, W15th, and W16th between Denison Avenue and Botany Avenue
The company consisted of:
- Charles Gates (son of Jeremiah Gates and Phoebe Deming)
- Edwin H. Foster (son of the original land owner, Ebenezer Foster and Almira Williams)
- J.M. Curtis
