Russian Tea Balls

4 c. Flour
1# softened Butter
1 c. Ground Walnuts
1 c. Powdered Sugar

Preheat oven to 350°.

Mix all ingredients together using a pastry blender until the dough is well moistened. Roll small bits of dough in your palms to make 1" balls. Line the balls up on a baking sheet leaving about an inch between each. Bake at 350° for 20-25 minutes. Let cool slightly and then roll in powdered sugar.
