Deviled Eggs

Deviled Eggs
1/2 jar Horseradish
12 Hardboiled Eggs
Paprika
Hard boil a dozen eggs. Slice de-shelled eggs in half, lengthwise, and remove the yolks. Mash yolks with horseradish. Mix well. Stuff the egg white halves. Sprinkle with Paprika for color.
Keep refrigerated until served.
The horseradish/egg mixture is also great on Easter Ham.
