I have tried to present the material within as factually accurate as I can, but I am not a trained historian so there may be mis-steps along the way. My apologies if you find some pages lacking.

This project was originally intended for my own personal use as something of a notebook. It turned into something a little beefier and I thought I'd share. Others have joined in and shared, too.
