- The deceased young daughter, Gertrude (Gertie), of property owner/developer, Leonard G. Foster, .
The State of Ohio bought all properties along the east side of West 15th Street in 1965. Shortly thereafter, all the houses were demolished. This part of the street was then eliminated by the Jennings Freeway.
