Pierogi Filling: Kraut
1 med. chopped Onion
1 lg. can Sauerkraut
4 T. Butter
Salt & Pepper to taste
Saute onions in butter until translucent.
Squeeze juice from the kraut before adding to onions.
Cook on low heat for about 15 minutes.
Cool before using.
