Polish Food
It's been a long time since we sat down as a family enjoying a holiday at Babcia's house (Babcia = Grandma). The table was always stretched out with inserts to comfortably seat everyone. A crisp linen tablecloth topped the table. The best china and silverware were set out and oodles of food.
The recipes listed on below are a sampling of some of the things she used to make.
The recipes have been sized for the typical recipe card, so you can print them and then paste onto a 3x5 card.
